Meet Dr. Lexie Long – Our Pediatric Physical Therapist

Dr. Lexie Long was born and raised in small-town Kansas and later moved to California to pursue a career in physical therapy. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Kansas and went on to complete their Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Azusa Pacific University.

Lexie’s passion for working with children began in high school as a kiddie-clinic basketball instructor and deepened during a clinical rotation at an outpatient pediatric clinic. As a pediatric physical therapist, Lexie is dedicated to providing individualized care that addresses each child’s unique needs, incorporating play and functional strategies to support developmental milestones.

Outside the clinic, Lexie enjoys hiking, skating along the beach, spending time outdoors, attending live music events, and hanging out with their cat, Teeki.
